Rags Only is a Sydney‑based online second‑hand fashion marketplace where legends buy and sell pre‑loved gear — plus a curated selection of made‑to‑order sustainable fashion.

If you break the rules, we can suspend or close your account quicker than you can say “op shop haul”.

  • All second‑hand items are sold as‑is. We do our best to describe condition accurately.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting, & photography.

  • Shipping times are estimates — couriers sometimes take the scenic route.

  • Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy.

For made‑to‑order sustainable items, please allow production times as listed on each product page.

4. Seller Responsibilities (if you list or consign items)

If you sell or consign with us:

  • You must own the items and have the right to sell them.

  • Your listings must be accurate and truthful.

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, reject items, or remove listings that don’t meet our standards.

  • Payment to sellers will follow the payout schedule detailed on our Seller Agreement.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees may apply for:

  • Shipping

  • Payment processing

  • Platform services

By using Rags Only, you agree to the fees shown on our website. Prices are in AUD.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer sustainable packaging options and ship across Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Lost parcels will be handled according to our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — text, images, logo, branding, and content — belongs to Rags Only or its licensors. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

You keep the rights to your own product photos and descriptions, but grant us a licence to display them on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Aussie law:

  • We’re not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the platform, shipping delays, third‑party services, or user‑submitted content.
