Returns
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The condition or details provided were inaccurate or misleading
In these cases, Rags Only will cover the return shipping costs.
How to Return

Email us at hello@ragsonly.au with your order number and a short description of the issue.

We’ll send you instructions for sending the item back.

Once the item arrives and is inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s been completed.
Conditions
